Ingredients: Summer truffle Tuber aestivum Vittad and extra virgin olive oil.
Commercial Presentation: GOURMET: glass jar with 10 g of black truffle. HORECA can be made to order in black truffle season.
Conservation: closed container at room temperature. Once the container is opened, store in the refrigerator (+ 4ºC) and consume preferably for the next 5 days.
Storage conditions: keep in a cool, dry and ventilated place at room temperature. Protect from direct sunlight.
Estimated shelf life: 24 months from preparation and packaging.
