Ingredients: pasteurized goat's milk, salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet, Tuber melanosporum black truffle and lactic ferments.
Maduration days: 45 days
It is cylindrical in shape. The paste is compact and closed, somewhat elastic. Ivory in color with black shavings and a soft truffle flavor.

Commercial Presentation: GOURMET: cylindrical format in vacuum package with one piece (variable weight 480 g).
Conservation: Vacuum sealed container: Store in the refrigerator, between + 4 - 8 degrees.
Once the package is opened, keep the cut protected. Wrap the product in food grade film and store in the refrigerator at the temperature indicated above. Consume in a period of 30 days or more.
Storage conditions: keep refrigerated at + 4º C
Estimated shelf life: 12 months from packaging.

Recommendation for use: for consumption it is recommended to remove the piece of plastic vacuum container and leave it at room temperature for at least one hour before consuming it. Optimum consumption temperature 16º C.
